Day 1: I FINALLY WENT TO GYM!!!! I must say I feel good regardless of being a little tired. What made this experience a little more weird than it should be is that, I have not been to gym in months. However, this came at my advantage because I found out that the gym has hired a really good looking trainer, who was more than willing to help me battle out my tummy rolls. He offered some tips on how I could work more effectively which included attending his spinning class :) I love spinning so I cannot wait to go there and be his start pupil as soon as I shake my lazy self off. Otherwise, I am a little motivated to attend gym tomorrow.
